The PC Hoofthuis (PCH) campus has garnered infamy among local citizens, visitors, and students for being one of the least visually appealing buildings in Amsterdam over the years, and finally, the university has taken notice. However, it needs more than just a renovation.
The USC (Universitair Sport Centrum) which serves as the sports venue of the University of Amsterdam, has recently introduced a new online platform. The USC claims that this platform aims to give their site a fresh new look and replace their platform in need of a change.
Although many courses in the University of Amsterdam offer second chances in case a student may come short of the 5.5 passing margin, modules that are part of the International Relations study program do not.
Uttering the combination of the words “light saber fencing” and “sport” may make one wonder and utter something that goes in the lines of “That’s a thing?” Apparently, it is and is here to stay!
